Led by Duncan and Andrew, Purely Business Protection parent company, Purely Financial Planning was established in 2013 and has assisted clients with their mortgage and protection needs since that time.
Duncan’s other professional passion, away from mortgages has always been in assisting small to mid-size companies with their protection arrangements, realising that there were needs in that area that were not being met by many advisors in the UK.
Our network of contacts can assist us with robust Will and shareholder agreement planning to ensure that all of our protection plans are backed up with a documented set of wishes by the business owners. Its our experience that the exercise of documenting the agreement of all shareholders makes for a great foundation for any small to mid-size business to move forwards from with all owners united in their agreements, comfortable in the knowledge that they are protected if the worst happens. Following on from an eye opening discussion with Duncan Hodgson of Purely Business Protection we decided it would be prudent to get some key man insurance in place for our manufacturing firm. Sadly two years later we lost our Co-Director to illness but the cover put in place by Duncan ensured that the business could continue as would have been his wish.
